Paid fast. No waiting around.
As soon as the client's payment hits our account, we pay you. Usually within 5 business days. No "wait until end of quarter" nonsense.
One-time projects pay too
Even if the client just hires us for one thing, like a video, a logo, a launch campaign, you get your cut on that too. Same rate.

It's a contractor deal (US only)
You're a 1099 contractor, not an employee. We currently work with US-based partners only. We'll send you a 1099-NEC at year-end for taxes.
Tiny safety net for us
If a client cancels in their first 30 days, we have to take back the first month's commission. After that, the money is locked in and yours forever.
Stay in touch with your clients
Since you introduced us, you stay as the main contact for that client. A casual monthly check-in is the bare minimum: how are things going, are they happy, anything we should know. We handle all the actual marketing work, but you're the relationship.
Keep your day job
This isn't exclusive. You can have other jobs, run other businesses, do whatever. The only rule: while you're with us, don't sell marketing services for any other agency.

Questions worth answering.
Yes. Really. As long as the client keeps paying us, month after month, year after year, we keep paying you. If they stay with us for five years, you get five years of monthly checks. There’s no expiration date, no “after year one we cut you off.” That’s the whole point.
We’ll work it out in the contract, but the short version: if you leave on good terms, your commissions on existing clients keep coming for a fair amount of time after. We don’t want anyone to feel trapped, but we also don’t want surprises on either side.
Usually 7–14 days from the moment the client signs. They send their first payment, it lands in our account (1–3 days), and within 5 business days after that, your commission is on its way. No waiting until the end of the month or quarter.

Nope! Everything is remote, so we work with clients anywhere in the U.S. (every state, every city), Brazil, and all of Latin America. We deliver in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. So if your network spans countries or just a few states over, that’s actually a superpower here.
